Hands On Physical Therapy
S.P.O.R.T. Physical Therapy provides a unique blend of rehabilitation and wellness services to the Roaring Fork Valley and beyond. Our caring team will help you feel better with our “hands on” approach to rehabilitation, including physical therapy, Pilates rehab, Blood Flow Restriction training, functional dry needling and an array of modalities to supplement recovery.
We are in network participating provider for Medicare, Medicaid, Workers comp., Aetna, Anthem, Cigna, and United, among others.
Physical Therapy
We specialize in shoulder, knee, ankle, elbow, and spinal rehab performed by licensed Physical Therapists with specialty training in orthopedics, sports medicine, manual therapy, and dry needling.
Dry Needling
Fine monofilament needles are inserted into myofascial trigger points to stimulate and accelerate the healing response in soft tissue injuries and musculoskeletal disorders.
Blood Flow Restriction Training
BFR training is a technique that mimics the effects of high intensity, high load training with low intensity, low load exercises to speed recovery. At SPORT we use Smart Cuffs, which are a certified FDA listed Class 1 product.
Pilates Rehab
We use the Trap Table, Reformer, and mat to help make PT more fun and to help you improve the strength and control of your core and deep spinal muscles while performing specific exercises.
